Rack assembly

Assembly · 6 steps · No ratings yet

6 steps
  1. Attach Rack Supports to Base

Start by attaching the four rack supports to the rack base.
  2. Attach Tray Supports to Base

Then attach the four tray supports to the base.
  3. Attach Rack Top and Rear Door

Fit the rack top onto the supports, then attach the rear door. The rack frame is now complete.
  4. Install All Tray Slots

Install all of the tray slots into their respective positions.
  5. Insert all Trays

Slide each highlighted tray into its slot until it sits fully home and level.
  6. Insert the Battery Assemblies

Insert the battery assembly into its designated position. Battery modules are heavy and store energy: lift them with two people or a lift aid, keep the terminals covered until connection, and never let tools bridge the terminals. These are 240 V modules: electrical connection must be done de-energized by a qualified electrician.
